Meet Our Staff

The Brains Behind Our Player Development

With Illinois Premier the goal is to create a unifying culture of teamwork and mentorship between the staff, instructors, coaches, parents, and the players. As an organization, we want to enrich each athlete’s love of the game and build strong character and sportsmanship to grow on and off the field.

Great instruction leads to great team and individual development. It is imperative for the growth of a young athlete to be surrounded by positive, encouraging, high character leaders who understand that Illinois Premier represents much more than a baseball experience.

Come join us for our Community Action Day at Channahon Park

As a part of our efforts to be good community stewards, the Illinois Premier Organization has adopted two flower beds at the Channahon Park District. At this time we are asking for volunteers to help us with this project on Sunday, May 23rd at 9:30am. This is an excellent opportunity for service hours for our HS age players. Coaches and parents are encouraged to participate as well. This should take no more than 2 hours and additional information about the project can be viewed via the link below:

If you are interested in volunteering, please email us at so that we may get in touch with you about further details. Please note that all participants will receive a small thank you gift from Illinois Premier for participating.
