Coach Youth Baseball With Illinois Premier

Can you relate the game of baseball to life? Are you positive and passionate about mentoring young ball players? In youth baseball, there is no position more important on a young athlete’s experience than that of a coach. Each youth team for Illinois Premier needs outstanding volunteer parents who don’t take their responsibility lightly. From off-season training to in-season games, Illinois Premier provides consistent guidance for the coaches, and each volunteer will be asked to buy into the program and represent the organization in the utmost regard.

Illinois Premier is seeking youth coaches to help launch their 2023-2024 campaign. We strive to have a competitive and a comprehensive training program. For our Illinois Premier and DG-Premier Dragons Programs, training will be based out of the Quarry in Romeoville, IL.  For our Illinois Premier West Program, training will be based out of Midwest Sports Training in West Chicago.

All coaches undergo annual background checks, are certified through USA baseball, attend Baseball Institute coaches clinics, and will receive discounted fees. Our coaches value the balance between winning, having fun, and developing players.
